นายสมนึก สืบอินทร์ กำ�นันตำ�บลบ่อพลอย และคณะ กรณีปัญหาที่ดินทำ�กินไม่มีเอกสารสิทธิ
ทำ�ให้ไม่สามารถเข้าถึงแหล่งเงินทุนได้ เน่ืองจากท่ีดินที่ครอบครองทำ�ประโยชน์อยู่ในพระราช
กฤษฎกี าก�ำ หนดเขตหวงห้าม พุทธศักราช ๒๔๘๑ (เพ่อื ราชการทหาร)

ACM Arkom Kanchanahirun, Member of the National Legislative Assembly,
received a document from Mr. Somnuk Sueb-In, Bo Phloi Subdistrict Headman,
and his party, concerning the problem of the lands without document of titles
which prevent villagers from accessing a sources of investment since the occupied
and utilized land are under the Royal Decree prescribing Prohibited Zones, B.E.
2481 (for military use).

Major General Chaiyuth Promsookt, Member of the National Legislative
Assembly, received a document from representatives of local people from
Suan Phueng District, related to the problem on Ratchaphatsadu Land invasion
in Suan Phueng and Chom Bueng District, Ratchaburi province, under the Public
Reserved Land Royal Decree, B.E. 2481.

Professor Pornpetch Wichitcholchai, President of the National Legislative
Assembly, welcomed Mr. Virgilio da Costa Hornai, President of Committee F on
Health, Education, Culture, Veterans and Gender Equality, National Parliament
of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste, and delegation, on the occasion of
a study visit on legislative affairs in Thailand.

Professor Pornpetch Wichitcholchai, President of the National Legislative
Assembly, welcomed Mr. Nguyen Tan Dung, Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic
of Vietnam who paid an official visit to Thailand as guest of the Government of the
Kingdom of Thailand. On this occasion, Mr. Surachai Liengboonlertchai, First Vice-President of the National Legislative Assembly, members
of the National Legislative Assembly and Mrs. Norarut Pimsen, Secretary-General of the Senate acting as Secretary-General of the National
Legislative Assembly joined the welcome.
